T2 Artillery can outrange most defenses and mobile units, while being fairly cheap to build. Mausers benefit from higher fire rate, a bit more range, and more accuracy than Quakers, but have drastically smaller explosion size and shot damage.
Mausers excel at focusing down defenses & harassing units from afar.
It moves very slowly and will be helpless alone, so be prepared to defend it with units or keep it behind your defensive line.
