The Lupara is a heavy static anti-air flak emplacement built to obliterate gunships, bombers, and any other large air force. It's expensive, but highly valuable when you really need to deal with large numbers of enemies. Its weaknesses are a pitifully low sight range (necessitating radar or spotters), and low relative DPS vs. single targets.

Lupara has 150 blast radius. Each shot deals 255 damage, and it fires in bursts of 2 every 1.8s.
