The Chimera is a heavily-fortified turret that combines a riot blast cannon with dual miniguns, delivering relentless suppression against advancing ground forces. When 'popped down', all incoming damage is reduced by half. It performs well when embedded in defensive lines or covering choke points. However, it is vulnerable to long-range bombardment.

Its riot cannon has a considerable blast radius of 140, as well as heavy knockback, making it perfect at dealing with swarms. The twin-linked chainguns have 600 range compared to the cannon's 730. The Chimera cannot see as far as its cannon can fire, so remember to provide spotters or radar.
