The Charybdis hovertank packs a heavy sweepfire heat ray and short-ranged rockets for surface targets, and a depth charge launcher for submerged ones—all while hovering above the water, thus making it immune to torpedoes and depth charges itself.

It is highly effective for reclaiming sea territory from land, as it can effectively deal with Cruisers while being immune to subs and defensive torpedo structures.

Its twin rocket launchers fire salvos of 3 each, dealing 100 damage in 50 AoE per rocket.
