Best quality streams on Twitch

For our tests we've gotten the best results using the below settings in OBS.
The sharpest image, with little to no compression artefacts.

Encoder: NVIDIA NVENC H.264
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 6000 Kbps
Keyframe interval: 0
Preset: Performance
Profile: High
Max B-frames: 1

No Look-ahead and Psycho Visual Tuning
