(Former) Art Team Project Manager
Long-time graphic designer, turned 3D artist and Legion developer. Currently serving as Project Manager for the Art & Design Department, closely working with A&D team leads and artists alike to get creative work done at a high quality with as little loss in time and efficiency as possible. Outside of BAR, I work in merchandise planning and business analytics.
Work Summary
Art
General
- 140+ Updated Unitpics, standardisation of backgrounds and poses to convey unit functions, weapon types from a single glance.,
- Gave a handful of units new names/descriptions,
- Partial Weapon GFX Standardisation, particularly lasers.,
- Handful of remodels and texture fixes, such as Cortex Adjudicator and Cortex Valiant.,
Legion
- 70+ bespoke models crafted solely for Legion, each with unique wrecks and scripts. Created majority of structures, vehicles, aircraft, & T3 models.,
- 350+ custom unit lighting configurations specifically for Legion units.,
- Conception and testing of cluster plasma weapon type (technical implementation done by [BONELESS]),
Balance
- Worked closely with Zecrus to rework, rebalance, and tweak swathes of Legion's roster.,
- Reworking a majority of Legion's T2 vehicle and T3 experimental roster.,
- Created and balanced nearly all Legion static defences (with oversight from Zecrus).,
Organisation
- Worked closely with PtaQ, IceXuick, and Protar to restructure and organise the entire art department for BAR.,
- Organised concentrated efforts from the whole Legion team to consolidate Legion modelling efforts efficiently.,
- Onboarded and guided a handful of new and upcoming 3d modellers and artists.,
Promo Team
- Designed, organised, and presented Alpha Cup graphics and art, creating visuals at high speed and quality (with help from IceXuick and PtaQ),
- Supervised general direction and design of Faction Wars graphics and art.,
- Created 20+ renders, used during Legion Dev Interview (with insight from Rubus),
- Created themes, logo, and initial art style for Omega Series Cup 2024-onwards.,
- Created themes, logo, and art style for BAR Fight Night.
