Previously, the range of Boss powers for kickbanning players differed depending on the Preset selected in the lobby (custom, team, coop etc.). If you've ever wondered why sometimes a Boss typing !kickban called a vote during the game, and sometimes would bypass it and kickban immediately - that is why. Understandably, this has led to confusion and occasional accidental forced kickbans.

This has been changed and standardized, so all presets behave exactly as the custom preset. Specifically, the changes for other presets are:

• The Boss can no longer unilaterally kickban players during the game. !kickban will always call a vote
• The Boss can no longer unilaterally kickban players from the lobby, if the boss is a Spectator and not a Player

Additionally, an obscure bug allowing the Boss to forcefully resign one of the teams has been patched.

As a reminder, a Boss can always call a vote by using !cv in front of the command. For example, !cv nextmap to call a vote to change the map, and let the lobby decide democratically.
