Now Available: Very Large Tweaks

A new feature has been added to the lobby that implements batched and throttled loading for Modoptions, Tweakdefs/units, and saved Option Presets. This allows for pasting of tweaks and loading of saved presets that would previously trigger flood protection or not load properly. New additions to the interface include progress of loading options and cancellation. Thanks to tetrisface for the contribution.
