Now Available: Individual and Average OS display in lobby tooltip

A new feature has been added that displays individual OS values, and the room average, in the tooltip when hovering over a lobby in the battle list. This feature only works when "Show OS" is enabled in lobby settings. Thanks to G_GJeff for the contribution.
