It has been amazing to see just how much our community has grown. From the days of one or two active battles and a dev team small enough to count on one hand, to now surpassing 70,000 members on Discord, the acceleration has been inspiring.
Not long ago we celebrated 40,000 members, today we're almost double that. From all of us on the dev team, thank you for joining us in this endeavor.
And so, it is only right that we give something back. This time, we have something really, really special. It is time to make history. And this time, quite literally.

If you have been watching some of our beloved content creators, you might have noticed small hints sprinkled here and there. Now it is official. The first lore drop is on the Horizon.
As part of our Steam Release Roadmap, we committed to a Single Player Campaign, but we did not want to ship a generic, lightweight campaign. We wanted something rooted in thoughtful worldbuilding with a story that could stand on its own. Something worthy of the scale of Beyond All Reason.
To make it happen, the lore team began shaping BAR's universe in the beginning of 2025, and their work will finally start to be shown publicly. In their own words:
Our goal is to bring the universe of Beyond All Reason to life through deep historical, military, cultural, and ideological foundations that shape its visuals, characters, music, units, and overall tone. We want to ground the factions in a meaningful galactic history and create narrative entry points for both the official campaign and for the community to explore and expand.
TLDR: We trying to tell you why John Armada hates Joe Cortex.

📅 Date: Sunday, March 8th, 2026
⏰ Start Time: 14:00 CET
🎥 Live Stream: Official Twitch channel & Youtube

A dedicated 70K Celebration Event that brings spectacle, story, and live community energy together into one shared moment. The idea is simple: make it matter to be there live.
During the stream, we will unveil the brand-new faction logos and immediately update the game so you can start using them! We are preparing a bunch of other small aesthetic lore references to already be added along.
A live interview with members of the Lore Crew answering both serious and not-so-serious community questions about how we approached the writing and worldbuilding.
Massive games and Devs vs Players showmatch
And when we are done with that, we'll transition from words to war with record-breaking 100+ player matches to let the new context settle in. And finally, as tradition demands, we close it out with a classic Devs vs Players showdown.
Be there with us and witness the RTS history, literally, in the making.
